An Empty MAC Palette From the Web

I was excited about getting this MAC Pro Palette (15 pan) this afternoon. This is my first online order from MAC. I ordered this about a week ago and it arrived today. Before going for a walk, I found it on my doorstep. I guess they delivered it while I was taking a shower.

I'm so glad they have this available on the MAC website now. I remember it was available only on the MAC Pro website a while back. I'm not a Pro member, so I doubt I'd be able to order anything from there.

Getting this palette online really saves me from a long trip to Fashion Valley Mall or to the Gaslamp Quarters in Downtown San Diego. Plus, waiting for the palette to arrive did not take long at all. I sure was happy and satisfied with my MAC online experience. Now I know where to order in case I can't find certain items I want at the MAC counter in Nordstrom.

Right after I took the pictures, I converted my MAC palette. A couple weeks back, I did the same with my three other palettes. Without the tray that holds 15 pans, the palette can hold about 26. I don't really like putting the pans on the area close to where the lock is, so I'll be putting 24 pans instead. Converting the palettes definitely saves more space in the makeup drawers. That also made me de-pot a lot of shadows. Now that I got the hang of it, I really like de-potting. I would never de-pot the shadows that come in unique, limited edition packaging though. I wouldn't touch the mineralize eyeshadows either.

i have one of those and it's not even filled up yet o_o. i don't need to buy anymore shadows though considering i still have some that i can just de-pot. is it hard to do that? i've seen tutorials, but i'm just so clumsy i feel like i might destroy the eyeshadow lol!

yea i would never depot eyeshadows that have limited edition packaging as well. too sentimental lol

So, what's what they call it, "de-potting". Clearly, I don't appreciate make-up as much as I should.

By the way, the empty palette looks nice and sleek. That's what I like about Mac. The containers are sleek and simple, and give more emphasis to the colour of their make-up products.

since it was the first week of school, seeing all the reading assignments in each class syllabus' were overwhelming enough lol!

when it comes to dressing up, i usually just wear the same thing you said to school. besides, i wouldn't want to wear heels too since there's just way too many stair around campus.

i was like, "lol" when i read about you buying replacement for your shadows. i'd probably do the same. i'd probably even cry first and overreact thinking that it's the end of the world lol!

after i bought those two chocolate bags i made sure to just open one bag, fill our little candy dish, and put the rest of the bags in the cup board. out of sight out of mind. lol, if i see that thing around, i'll totally kill those in one go. so far, i've been good though :)

i forgot to mention on this post that i used to have the nivea honey and milk. it was moisturizing as well but it smelled weird. i even made sure that before i eat i have to remove it from my lips because it has a weird taste to it toooooo :p.

have great weekend too!

not really sure what the milk part would smell like, but i was hoping it would smell more like honey. the kiss of smoothness have no taste but it really lives up to what it claims about it being smooth and all hehe. i saw a review on youtube, and she bought the entire line of nivea's lip balms. she mentioned that the cherry and the strawberry were tinted :). when i finish mines i would like to try the cherry one. i think the only line that i wouldn't buy is the kiss of shimmer one. :p

the eos, i first bought the honeydew one and i was so surprised on how good it smells too lol! i recently just got the mint one and i'm starting to like that better than the honeydew. maybe it's because i like that it smells and taste like mint choc chip ice cream LOL

the classes i have now (aside from philosophy), i have taken in the past before. the university i'm going to now won't accept my credits for the particular ones i have taken already. :(. so annoying, but i am referring to political science and history. those are the two 'writing intensive' classes that everyone has to take in that freakin' school. so a lot of the materials aren't so new, it's just annoying to re-read a lot of crap you already know lol

i hope you are enjoying your sunday as well :)
