There was pink eyeshadow, which I used as a transition color over the crease color. Hmm... I guess it wasn't captured in the fourth photo. Oh, well... Speaking of pink eyeshadow, it was from Wet 'N' Wild's Color Icon trio in I'm Getting Sunburned. It is a rather light, shimmery pink.
On my lids, I patted a matte ivory eyeshadow color from Wet 'N' Wild's Vanity palette. My bad for not taking pictures of the products I used. For those of you familiar with the Vanity palette, it's the top left color. Vanity consists of six neutral colors. Some, if not all, of the colors can be MAC eyeshadow dupes. :)
As a crease color, I applied GOSH's 04 eyeshadow. To me, it looks like a milk chocolate brown with a satin finish. Shout out to Nancy for giving me this eyeshadow. :D
To define the outer corner of my lids, crease, and bottom lashline, I used Ulta's Bold Dust eyeshadow. It's a rich, dark brown with a satin finish as well.
I just felt like wearing makeup to school today, so I did. Not like anyone would notice, but today was just one of those days I was in the mood to put some makeup on. Normally, I don't even bother with eyeshadow when I go to school. As a student 10 years ago, I didn't even wear makeup at all. That's because I didn't know how to put on anything else but lipstick and mascara. LOL.
Speaking of school, I'll give you a quick update. It's pretty good so far. Group work is a little less scary, but I personally would rather work alone. It's easier for me. As far as papers go, I have an observation paper due a week from now. I got my introduction paper back and I'm quite thrilled I got a good score on it. Not bad for someone who's rusty at making papers. :P

Beautiful eye look, Jannie! It's gorgeous!
lol I have those days where I feel like wearing makeup to school too. It's sort of spontaneous because I usually don't either. It's funny how you didn't know how to put on anything else but lipstick and mascara. I was the same way! I started getting into makeup at a very late age. When I was in middle school and high school, I just wasn't into it nearly as much as others girls were, but that probably had to do with the fact that I was a bit of a tomboy back in those days too lol I started really getting into makeup and experimenting right around my sophomore year in college :)
Also, I'm glad to hear that school is going good for you so far, and that group work is less scary for you now. I've always disliked group work, and I still do. I mean, I'll do it if I HAVE to, but I prefer working alone as well. It's just so much easier to depend on myself to get stuff done than it is to depend on others. I've had bad experiences in the past working with groups. Not only am I just naturally shy around people, but I don't like how most of the time, people just slack off in groups, and let others do all the work :/
But anyway, congrats on getting that good grade on the paper! Good luck on your observation paper as well. I'm currently working on a huge appellate brief for my class. Worth 350 points, which is basically like 96% of my grade in the entire class. That's a lot of pressure! lol
Tnx for the shout......you are pretty as always! :)
:D great job jannie! glad you are adapting well as student again :).
cute simple daytime look! i'm still hella lazy to do any eye make up for school lol! i like that you used pink! i can't wait to start using the stila you gave me this coming spring :D
about the polish... hanggang sinple looks lang yung nail art ko. and i can only do close to perfect ones on my left fingernails LOL
First of all good job on your paper. Me too for some reason I always did more than better when it came to college papers.
This look is very simple and pretty.
Keep up what you are doing doll.

Love the makeup look! :) Good job on your paper! I know what you mean about group work. I like it, but I much prefer to be working alone. I rather not depend on people, especially if I don't know their work ethic. What if they don't do share, you know?
Hope you're having a good week love!

wala nga rin akong kadaldalan sa school no lol! but i mean i don't really mind, i think i just wish na meron akong kaidarin na makausap. most of the girls in my class are soo young x_x.
ok lang naman magpa-kikay sa school jannie :). if it makes you feel girly and happy then it's all good di ba? :D

Usually light pink shadows are washed out by the camera and don't show up in the photos. I know that very well since I was doing a couple of Vday looks with pink shadows and was frustrated to check that it doesn't turn up in photos. Anyway i love your look! :) And keep up the good work in school!

I also prefer to work alone. Not that I don't get alone with people, but sometimes I struggle with people that have a very strong character and don't know how to work as a team and undermine the opinion of others.
Dear Jannie:
Forgot to say that I love your makeup. Pink is a great eyeshadow color. I also like the shade of your lipstick. What color is it?
I've always liked doing things by myself and I don't like working in groups.. I know how you feel :P
Your blog is very interesting! I'm following you ;)
xox,
Silvanita
Silvanita: Thank you for your comment. :) It sure is so much better working independently when it comes to school projects. Less drama when there's less people involved. Hehe...
Thank you also for following my blog. I followed your blog too. It is awesome with pretty photos. :) I looked around for a place to leave you a comment, but couldn't find one. Hope you get to read my comment here. Take care. :)
